  2. Can you help? Foreshadowing the Closure of the Wollongong 1.30pm Friday Soup Kitchen Meeting.

This meeting has been a long standing presence of Alcoholics Anonymous in the city,
Its venue is convenient at the Illawarra Lifeline Centre, which has graciously hosted AA for a low rental since it took over operations of the Building. Two hours free parking next door.

Meeting attendance is steady with some weeks getting more visitors than others, so covering rental, refreshments, and passing on the monies over a prudent reserve is not a problem

What, rather Who, is Needed to keep the doors OPEN?

One but preferably 2 or 3 people committed to share the role of opening and closing the meeting.

A simple 12 Step act of carrying the message!

The Last Meeting will be Friday 1st May
as the Centre is closing for renovations. Unless one or two members step up by the 6th May, the meeting will not reopen.

Steve C, at 81 is passing in the keys, but would love to hear from any member willing to do this step.

Steve will give every help in passing over the keys and information about the meeting's current format etc. Steve C's number is 0419 498 768
